Before I had an "About Me" that was quite... arrogant sounding (I'm not going to lie, it was REALLY bad), and I want to apologize about that. sweatdrop I wrote it when I was in fifth, maybe sixth, grade, and who knows what kids think of then! sweatdrop Ehhe~ * shot * Anyways, I want to take this opportunity to spruce up a more modest profile and not make a complete fool out of myself again! 3nodding

Describing myself in a few words: A romantic, motherly, and lazy procrastinator who loves to daydream, sleep, and listen to music. (Haha... was that a few?) (Lol... This also reminds me of EXO's Tao's intros: AB Style Kung Fu Panda Tao!!! whee heart )

I'm a K-Pop and J-Pop lover, getting into J-Pop in 2010 or 2011, and K-Pop in late 2011 or 2012. My bias groups for K-Pop are EXO, Super Junior, SISTAR, Girl's Day, and SNSD, while for J-Pop it is only FLOWER and E-girls. (Sorry, no males in J-Pop caught my eye, except for Hey!Say!JUMP, but that slowly diminished because of personal reasons. I, however, still do have a soft spot for those 9+1 idiots. xp ) I can probably safely say that about 85% of my life revolves around J-Pop and K-Pop (more so on the K-Pop).

I'm quite into J-Dramas and HK-Dramas instead of K-Dramas. (Haha... Don't ask me why.) If you have any suggestions of what to watch, feel free to tell me, okay?

Writing and drawing is something I do from time to time. I, however, barely draw anymore, and writing is also a chore for me. I guess I'm just really lazy. xp I do hope that even with my laziness that I will pick up a pencil and write. I really want to create more fanfics! (Yes, I'm a fanfic writer. If you have any good fics, do share!)

I could probably classify myself as a Japan-a-holic. I hold an undying interest in that country; maybe because of its mysterious, refined culture. (Not just because of the idols, anime, manga, and games, people! I am seriously interested in things like Ikebana, the Tea Ceremony, Kimonos, and the Maiko and Geisha-sans.) I don't know. The only thing that I do know is that my love for that place will probably never die. However, I do believe I will never live there because a life in Japan is a pricey one. crying Vacationing there often doesn't sound like a bad idea, though. biggrin

That's probably the basics about me.

1) I'm most likely blood type A. (This is not confirmed, but based on blood type personalities, I'm A.)
2) I'm a Libra.
3) I can speak English (first language), barely conversational Spanish, barely conversational Cantonese, just barely conversational Japanese, and da-heck-are-you-sayin'-woman Mandarin. I also know a few Korean phrases here and there.
4) I am a Chinese-American born in and still living in MA.
5) I LOVE to poke cheeks. Seriously. I think I have a fetish for them or something.
6) I ALWAYS have to wash my hands before I go to sleep. It's a weird habit of mine.
7) All of my creativity seems to always come when it's night time. That's why I prefer night to day and am always sleeping so late. That or I like to procrastinate when it comes to sleep.
cool My mother has forgotten my birthday before during the 2012 year. I was really sad that I wasn't able to eat cake that day... crying
9) My Chinese name is Chen 嘉文. (I can't find the right "Chen" character for my last name when I type it in, so I'm just going to leave it be.) 嘉 meaning "fine, good, great, nice, beautiful, or pretty", and 文 meaning "literary, gentle, refined".
