e.l.f. is Electric Love Factory. It's the new game that has been out for a while. It's where you connect electric currents together and get gold and items. It's rather profitable.

As for the fluff thing it is a new item that I think is called fluff. It's an item you can make through zOMG. But unless you have a ticket you cant' make them. You can buy it through the market though.
