Sasuke does go evil, but Sakura and Naruto stay the same.
Even if they did hookup it would be way later, because When sasuke leaves, naruto gos to train with the pervert for about...2 and a half years. Then he comes back and Sakura contineus to punch him because hes an idiot. ^_^
