Do you see that daily chance cran machine right across from you gaia character on the top of the screen to your right? Click on it and you get a daily prize. There's one on each page. (home, my gaia, shops, etc.)
You can also play game and do special activieties like the myyearbook. It get you 6000 gold! Also if you comment on other people's pages you can some gold. There's like a million ways to get gold!
If you put your mouse on top of shops, you'll see a marketplace button. Once your at the market place, you can sell you stuff you don't need for gold too! Just put your mouse on top of marketplace, at the top of the marketplce screen, and there should be a button that says my shop or something. Once you click it, there will be a sell items button. And presto! You can sell items!
