ok first go to

1) go to START
2) go to CONTROL PANEL
3) INTERNET OPTIONS
4) open it up and then go to
5) Security
6) After u click it you will seee a box that say's "Restricted Sites"
7) And then go to SITES uder the box
cool Click it and then it will show a box called "Websites"
9) You should see YOUTUBE in the box
10) ANd then click REMOVE


and then close out of every thing and go to youtube agian

it shoukld work
