[b]Greetings Squad 13 Elite Guardian Division Personal. As your Captain, It has came to that time for me to address those members whom have not been recently active or otherwise, went unexcused for participation and activity within the Squad 13 Division, as well as the Gotei Elite Bleach Guild. Many of you know that right now you may be celebrating Halloween or something, but now after that, It's right back to School or whatever you do in Real Life. I want to inform that so far, the Squad 13 Division is beginning to decline in members due to Time Management &amp; Ability to Participate in Activities. I already know most of you have tried and attempted, but then all of a sudden have came to a halt because of either someone else, or because you were busy doing something else at the time. A Great Captain, the Former Captain before I was, Zalian, had/is paying me a visit in my Office and he had seen the Squad. It pains &amp; frustrates me to see such a variety of members who I know can Role Play, has great communication skills, and possess a unique set of knowledge that contributes to the Squad, all of a sudden just drop and quit out of nowhere, thus even transfer to another knowing that they would probably do the same. Now It's time to get serious and really put some effort into the Squad 13 Elite Guardian Division...Emphasis on "Elite" cuz that's what I'm going to have to see and at the least, want to improve and rebuild/reestablish upon for us to truly reach our successful goals. You cannot keep on Relying on me, My Lieutenant, or anyone else in the Squad, or even the Gotei to support and help you If you don't plan on working...especially If I catch anyone slacking or just plain complaining..anything of that nature. I am not being strict, nor being ignorant or arrogant to anyone's needs, but I'm being direct with all of you. Currently, I am Resigning for a bit and that means, Sesshy will be your Temp Captain until otherwise addressed, or I come back of course. Don't worry, I'll be watching, but now It's time for you to prove why I shouldn't kick you out of the Squad, why I should keep you in, and why I should acknowledge you as a True Squad 13 Elite Guardian Division Subordinate/Member. For the Squad 13 Division....For our Previous Generation of Squad 13 Captains, For the Gotei and Siel, We are a Squad and We are Role Players!!![/b]

~Greetings ^-^. I am the Captain of Squad 13 in the Gotei Elite Bleach Role Playing Guild. Before I get off ranting on about the Guild and the requirements, I want to let you know that this is completely your choice and be sure to be ready for a world of role playing beyond imaginable. I am not trying to force you nor have you do something that you don't like, so I will ask for your honest opinion ^-^. First, do you have any Role Playing Experience? If so, can you list an Example? Secondly, how about your Activity in Guilds or Participation? Will you be able to keep a moderate amount of activity into the guild and If you are absent, will you inform someone before hand? Lastly, I wish to fill you in on the great events and what you may be expecting int he Gotei Elite Bleach Guild.~

~Right now, The Council is getting ready to hit everyone with a big new update soon that may effect Role Playing to a new level of evolution....Be ready ^-^. Also, right now we're pretty much trying to establish fundamental events for the guild and have our members participate in Role Plays. Activity is now being addressed to the fullest and many members have either been placed as Inactive already, or taken out of the guild due to the problem. We also wish to make our members the future leaders of the Gotei, and at the least make their experiences joyful, but it all depends on them as well.~

~The Standards for Squad 13, in which a specific reason I wished to recruit you for, are as follows.~

Proficient Role Playing(Mostly Literate and includes Aspects of Poetry, information, or diversity/complexity of thought)

Activity(Willingness/Effort to take part in Role Playing, Guild Events, Discussions, etc that show Communication, Initiative, and Understanding)

Development(Self Improvement and Interest of Skills, including learning and better progress of Leadership, Knowledge, and Honor to the Gotei)
