___Hello, my name is Eventyr. I have been a member of Gaia-Online since the Summer of 2004. The old account I had is no longer in use; I decided to make a fresh start. Though I am not particularly happy with the direction Gaia-Online is heading, it cannot be helped.___I am nineteen years-old, mostly Norwegian, and currently taking classes at a state college. My hobbies include writing, coding, role playing, and staring off into space. The interest list will take forever, so I will only bother you by saying that you will have to become more than an acquaintance to know everything about me. If you would like a taste of what interests me, here: rain, æther, music, Miyazaki Hayao, fiction books, flora, fauna, Jane Austen, scenery, masquerades, hand-held fans, tessenjutsu, foreign languages, folklore, Japan, and the British Isles.___There are many sides to this face of mine. I am pessimistic, serious most of the time, sometimes hyper, cynical, and amiable - to say the least. When I meet someone, I am either jealous or uninterested. I am generally an all-around nice person, but I will not hesitate to be sarcastic and mean toward someone. My temper is rather short with certain people. If you want a friendship to work with me, you must understand that I am a selfish person, because I ask for two things: mutual understandings and communication.___In the past I have tried learning Japanese and Gaelic by myself. My passion to learn both has waned for one reason: no one around me knows the language. I am still doing my best to learn them, and a third language known as Esperanto. So far, Esperanto has been the easiest of the three to learn by myself. If anyone is willing to help me learn any of the three languages, please become a friend and teacher for an eager student.
