Indeed they can, unfortunately. All posts are stored in a database, so even if you do delete it, it's just from the thread so people can't see it. Not from the database.

If its your first offense, they might let you off with a warning. But I'm not sure, being that it deals with racism. AND you were trolling. Both are against ToS.

Tablets range from $100 and up. Mine is an ok tablet, it's called Bamboo fun and it was $100. I had a better one before, Wacom Tablet but it broke and those are pricier.
