It had been another intriguing stormy night, as rain battered down the ragged walls of Arkham Asylum, he was certain one day the lightening would crack the building in two with such force, the top half would slide like cut bamboo crashing to the earth below, what a ride! His, Dr. Lori, remained a privileged Arkham Shrink, thought she'd been granted exclusivity to his mania, and depravity. Thought she could foolishly crack his brain like a heavily guarded safe, spilling out his secrets for her long awaited memoir. Joe might have laughed if he knew a damn thing about her desire to have a book published on him, somehow the idea of Gotham citizens, and more curling up with him in bed every night, reading every grisly detail over his wicked life tickled him. Speaking sternly as if he had read her mind, he wet his Ruby lips, and cooed, "--Take care if you write good about me," Joker winked, ruby lips pulling back into a charming smile, deviously wooing her as he had done with a certain blonde once before, assuredly Doctor Lori had meant nothing to him, a bit too Vanilla for his peculiar tastes, simply a way out...freedom, he'd kill her after, once he had what he wanted. "--You needn't worry, I'm a big girl, I can handle myself, people need to know you aren't the monster they believe you to be," patting his hand gently, he glanced down at it silently, It was clear by her touch she had tried to console him, sweet kid... Even if her judgement was poor and misguided, he'd allow that. "--So this is why you're like this? Would you ever give it up?" he'd laugh aloud at that, a sudden sharp signature cackle that bounced off the walls of the asylum and shook the guards and inmates to their very core. "--If it helps you sleep at night, sure Doc... I do it because I had a no good, very bad day. Wrong... I do it because I AM a monster, I enjoy my personal freedoms, I enjoy the reckless abandonment to do whatever I want, to whoever I want when I please without consequence. My life was a series of actions and reactions... I was controlled, a sheep lumbering through life on my way to the slaughterhouse... And then one day I woke up, and went out to pasture..there's nothing to lose... So why adopt such ideals, why follow the herd when I can become my very own black sheep and do whatever I want, to finally and truthfully be awake and happy... It's invigorating Doctor, Life without order, without routine, you should try it..." he cooed, clearly content over it all. And still he'd continue answering her second question.

"--Would I ever cut my course as Batman's Nemesis... It's a hard act to follow, and in likeliness no... Maybe for the right reasons, the right woman. But don't believe me a fool, I may be mad, but I'm not an idiot, why did you choose to be my wet nurse? Especially knowing my grisly and rather bloody past with my former Doctors? It was by personal choice, completely voluntary. You must have a death wish darling..." He never bragged like the upstarts, About his past, about what he had done, 'Course you never forget your first, always more meaningful, less of an urge... What a mess though... He could never wrap his mind over how much blood there had been, soaked through so many towels until the girl had gone white as a sheet, just stared up at him blankly, like a dolls eyes, lips twisted wistfully in question... Why? As if she still didn't know what she had done to deserve it. Leaning forward, the dimmed light cascade onto his chiseled features, Joe smiled... In such a perfect devious leer, Teeth glittering a pale sickly yellow against bone white skin, like an open wound with teeth. Smoothing his emerald hair back from off his forehead, chains rattling like skeleton bones along thin wrists... He awaited her answer, or maybe for someone else.

Lol perhaps I'm a symbol of an era long since gone, so many clowns flicker and fade like a tired candle, burning hot and bright like a dying star, until they disappear. They'll wear the crown and then it will be forgotten, maybe I'll stay, ********... I don't want anyone to be me but me, ya dig? (( I don't mind the differences of Leto's Joker, if anything they stemmed his look from several different DC artists perspectives. Pretty awesome. And I'm flattered dear, I consider you and a friend of mine my main Quinn, definitely my only Suicide Squad Harley smile I had to do a little twist of my own for Leto, all the gold chains look a bit silly lol. I do plan on doing the shirtless and purple jacket look too, but the tattoos I chose are like 70 billion lol. Also would you be up for doing a little 1on 1 RPing outside the guild, didn't get much play time with Joker going awol, plus I'm bored lol. Let me know what you think))

(( Heath Ledger and Mark Hamill's Joker will always be my favorite, but Leto did a good job much better then I first anticipated, I have had thoughts about pulling together both a Leto and Ledger Joker look just to sport on occasion. I was pleased to see that they'd kept the Joker and Harley romance opposed to having Harley run off and be with Deadshot after Joker supposedly "died" total spoiler alert there in case anyone notices that hasn't seen it yet lol. Leto's Joker fashion was a little too ghetto for me, but for the sake of being Joker I'll still probably pull a look together when the avatar builder is done being useless lol. I suppose, The only thing I can pride myself in being, opposed to most Jokers around here is that I'm not just some upstart who began my life as the Clown Prince on a whim because I liked Suicide Squad, I'm a bit of a veteran emotion_dowant I've been here proudly as Joker for 7 1/2 years now. ))
