Well it is worth a try at least. My sons old account is still there but without a separate email, they can't do anything for him.

Go to the forums and one of them will say questions and assistance. My son didn't get his items back because the hacker changed his password so that he couldn't log in anymore. My husband and I had to help him open a new account so that he could at least report the hacking. When they finally caught the guy they said that they needed him to have an email account that was different from the one that he has on the new account. We were too busy moving at the time to open him another email account so he never got any of his things back.

Did you tell them what he took when he hacked your account? If you didn't then you need to go to the questions and assistance forum and tell them what happened and ask them if you can get your things back or at least the money he got for selling your things.

From what I understood when someone hacked my sons account, Gaia will try to get your items back or get you the equivalent in Gaia gold for them.

If Gaia staff has not contacted you yet about your things that were taken then the best thing to do is go to the forums and post on the questions and assistance forum asking when you will get your things back from the person that hacked you.
