Hmm....it's the same with living though. Some ups with wonderful peeps, but also some downs with bad happenings. But at least sleep, you don't really deal with a lot of the downs during. TT

Yessss, I agree. Sleep is important! I only don't get it when I have things of higher and more urgent priority ^^;;
But usually I'm pretty good about staying on top of my sleep! Since I can't function properly without enough XD

Yeah, I didn't get a lot of sleep over that trip XD
At least I caught up on a lot of sleep last night! I plan on getting more sleep and adjusting my sleep schedule for the next few days in preparations for classes starting.
But thank you~ I'll try my best to take care of myself c:

More sleep meant like, 8 hours the night after. A good amount of time ;p
Although the past few days I haven't been able to sleep that much. I'm at a big conference event so there's a lot packed throughout the days. Oh, I just couldn't stay asleep tonight though. Anxiety and such.
