Hamilton was born to a high-class merchant of Old Durem, Gaia. in 1757, during his childhood, Hamilton studied in Law and science becoming a well educated and respected young man. By 1767, at the age of 26, he had developed a taste for alcohol and women, it started taking over his life, in a way he couldn't live without it!. Soon he lost all respect from his friends and family. His father, disgraced by his son's behaviour, expelled him from the family household. Upset and angry, Ham found himself starting a drunken tavern brawl, where he caught the eye of a young brunette.
Hamilton in his drunken state was tossed out of the tavern for causing trouble and was then lured into a dark alley by the mysterious brunette. She promised to show him the world and in doing so she sunk her pearly fangs into him and transformed him into a creature of the night. In becoming a vampire, this meant he lost his human soul, losing his true self to the demon inside who, on this night took over Hamilton's body, to act upon his darker impulses. This night he would soon see the world in a new light.
On the night he turned, the rage inside set in and he went about slaughtering the population of Durem Village and on the outskirts, towards the small town of Barton. Although he did this first, it was not Hamilton’s main aim. He wanted revenge on the family that rejected him, on his father who humiliated him and to act out
that revenge.
In 1829, Hamilton became good friends with another young vampire, a Von Helson. The well known and feared Vampire Family, that had been around for generations and whose reputation was known around the globe. He went by the name of Vladimir. Hamilton also being from a well respected vampire family, saw fit to take the opportunity to make strong allies to further his knowledge of the ways of their kind. They together, created, mass slaughter and enhanced their true vampire abilities, fighting alongside one another. Together Vlad and Hamilton destroyed Durem and burnt it to the ground. Which later on Vladimir Von Helson took all credit for.
In Durem one dark evening in the late 1980’s Dr Hamilton Hailstrom had ventured out into the town centre noticing a large gathering of Gaians, on their way to watch a play in the Theatre. He sat on the roof waiting for the event to finish. Alas, half way through a family ventured out of the back door, he caught their scent and followed them. Before the humans knew it, he was feasting on their rich moist blood. Hailstrom had consumed all he needed to, leaving the parents sucked dry on the floor and a small blond haired child whimpering in the street corner with tears in his eyes.
Hamilton Hailstom had achieved his diploma in the field of biological science, now in the 21st century, started using it to make himself stronger, machines and gadgets would aid him in his robberies, murders and blood sucking rampages!
