James Harris was a reporter for the Gaia 9 News, commenting on the Jack v. Santa battle, when all of a sudden... jack had hit one his beams and it deflected from a piece of glass and hit James in the face, giving him the power to shoot exploding pumpkin beams from his eyes without warning... Jack looked over and zapped him again which gave him armor of Hallow's Eve that made him look like he wasn't even human to begin with, that's because he wasn't a human at all... he was an alien that took the form of a human. James looked down and found some weird looking glasses that looked like zurg intelligence glasses, he thought to himself 'if glass deflected a beam from Jack maybe it will stop my beams from my eyes...'

James went back to his apartment and when he tried to open the door, it was ripped off it's hinges! He had a small underground lab that he modified the glasses with so that that the beams shot when he turned a little knob... He is now called Hallow's Major and the beam had made him inherit Jack's evil personality. James had no other choice but to be a villain for the rest of his life... He now roams gaia creating chaos where ever he goes...
