Hard to say, as minced, boiled meat mixed with other stuff in a kind of stew. It's hard to describe the taste, but it isn't exactly good. Usually you have beetroots with it too.

both insects hade a small taste like a juicy sallty chicken , it wasn't a strong flavour , so it's not really like chicken , but it's quiet alike

first of all , i must say they all whaere really tasty , if i'd had a cance i'd like to repeat them
now , as the dog , it was a quiet strong meat , yet it had a nice flavour
for the grashopper , it didn't really taste that much , yust sallty , and juicy
and as for the bee larva , the texture was a bit grassy (i mean , that it felt like grass) yet , it was really juicy , somehow salty and a good protein ( i liked it )
i hope that satisfies allof your culinary interest, as disguisting as they may seem , they're delicious
