Mine did the same thing when I fist added codes to the theme override box.
It went away after the first or second day.

If you want all your panels to be green you'll use:

.panel{background: #008000;}

Your text is currently green so you'll have to change it or maybe pick a lighter shade of green for your panels. More Colors
Oh and that code will go in "Profile Theme", it's in account settings.
If you want only a certain few green, then tell me which ones.
