Depending on which profile you're using - new or old, the code for videos changes.
Eg. on the old profile you take the youtube code--->http://youtube.com/watch?v=I1ZMKfFHU3U
You then change the "?" and the"=" to / on either side of the "v".
You're using the new profile and I don't know how the code changes. Ask about it in Q&A in the Gaian threads.
You then post the code in the "Multimedia" section of your profile.

Pictures are easy. The code is All you have to do is post the url or the picture between the code.
EG. -
((Comments don't allow html codes so the picture won't show up here but should work fine in the "about me" section of your profile and ordinary posts aswell.))
