Read it if you want, it's extremely dark and gory. Somebody asked Faust if she ever read it, Faust replied with never going to. XD
If you do read it, read the "sequel". It makes it possible to laugh about it once the scars in your mind heal up. (on fimfiction.net)

lol well, for starters, before she was called pinkie pie, she had her long hair, and was sad. In the episode "Part of One" she gets sad and her hair deflates to it's long style. The Murderous cupcake villain thing is a running-joke. If you never read the fanfic "Cupcakes" you wont completely understand it. Despite being mind-scarring, it's pretty well written and worth reading just for some laughs. Or you know, ruining Pinkie Pie forever.
