Yeah, we're trying to work things out. He's still not 100% living home yet, but ... he stays most nights upstairs, rather than down at his mom's ...

He didn't go to the movies with us, since we ended up needing a babysitter for Lessa. So, Candace and I ended up going, making it a Mommy/Daughter Day. Which was really nice! We don't get to do enough of those ... And she loved the movie! Casey, Billy's girlfriend, told me that she thought it'd be too scary for her, or whatever; they'd gone the night before. But ... there was really only one point that she got really scared and buried her face in my side. Otherwise ... she was on the edge of her seat! lol

We decided that we're gonna have more of those days, just her and me and no little sisters or anything. Not every week or whatever, but ...

School's out for the summer ... *resists urge to break into song* Candace came home on Monday, and it's been an interesting week! lol Tomorrow, Chad and I are taking her to see Transformers (Chad snuck out with the boys yesterday and saw it, so he has to take me tomorrow to make amends); Mom's taking Nene to a Valley Cats game while we're gone, since a) she's been promising her, and b) we don't think she can handle the violence in it, but she was getting ready to be all tweeky about being left behind, even though I told her that we're gonna have another time going to the movies all together, like to see Ice Age or something ...

Oh, I joined a Sci-Fi book club thing, and for the intro offer, I made a killing! Essentially, I got 13 books for $25 ... seven single ones, and two three-in-ones! lol Including the first three Sookie Stackhouse books, and Dragonblood, one of Todd's books; there were a couple that were continuations of series that I'd already started on, and some that just sounded really really interesting ...

And don't shoot me, but one of the single ones was actually New Moon; I'm tired of waiting for Hanna to actually go and retrieve her copy so that I can borrow it! Twilight wasn't entirely the suck-fest (pardon the slight play on words there ... ) that you'd been all about, although the movie was a complete craptastic waste of film ...

Yeah, come to find out, I have chronic! Explains so freaking much over the years, actually ... My doctor said that I may not have even realized it when I got it, that it was probably a very mild case, but I'm pretty sure it was when I was about 15 or 16, because that's when I started to get the chronic fatigue ... which was actually attributed to my depression! So, several of my depressive episodes were probably actually not even, but were really bouts of mono! xP

So anyway ... what's up with you?
