Again, a pretty cool idea! You have a good point. I don't like how the clay gets stuck under your fingernails or how its the room all stuffy. Makes it hard to breathe. On the brightside, you were able to make something. Unlike me, I sit there and complain about hating the assignment. That's one of my flaws...not exactly proud of it either.
You love writing? What kind of writing do you tend to do? I prefer writing fanfics or poetry. I've tried writing stories but they all turn out to be either corny, or a shaky storyline.
I've never actually done a "serious" avi art before. I have draw avi's but drawing them on paint when I'm extremely hyper with awful quality doesn't really suffice. But whatever works for you , it's all good then!
Yeah, proportions stink -.- Sometimes though, you can create some cool stylized drawing... I haven't yet though....
Sometimes when you DO have the inspiration, you don't know how to persue it. That tends to be my problem. Or, I have an inspiration but no intention of drawing it at the precise moment. "Cultivating citizenship from local to global" What in the world. It's okay.. I read that and was pretty lost myself. But the idea you came up , I like. I never would have thought of doing something like that. You're just like me... whenever we have to do a pottery piece, I can NEVER sculpt something. 3-D work isn't something that I like to do anyways.
That's good that you're having idea's on what to draw. I've got major artist and writers block at the moment....
HANDS ARE AWFUL!!! I know exactly how you feel!! Or...you like, draw it PERFECTLY but then you realize that it's not proportional to the rest of the drawing.. That gets me so flustered sometimes! Even simple jesture drawings of hands, mine always look weird ...
Exactly! It's hard to work on something for a period of time. But I'm never inspired to work on the things that the teacher assigns us in class. Do you ever feel that way?
Sounds pretty cool so far (: So far, I've been painting on a box with a bunch of Zelda characters on it LOL. I love LoZ xp But the class assignment right now is non representational art... awful at just letting my pencil roam and make random shapes or figures -.-

Well, at school I'm in Advanced art. Only because I've been taking a full year art class every year of high school. I really don't like the class though. I'm the type of person who likes to draw something new everyday instead of working on one thing for a period of time.
