it is a simple plan
help the naruto series by buying mange, dvds, shonen jump ect anything that benifits naruto
the second part is to stop watching cartoonnetwork
with the word spread millons of naruto fans will stop watching cn and the ratings will go down so
with naruto shippuden an available series that needs to go on tv cn could get it to get ratings up
also sending letters demanding naruto shippuden will "help" them know why ratings are going down
