Well, the CB is for everything, so shop things can happen theoretically, but truly...no where is right for harassment, and the CB sees a lot of that too. ATS has talked about improvements to the ban/registration system to slow down some of the problem trolls, but it's another thing on the list of ten-year catch-up.

Alright, after a bit of research, I found what you need to do.

And you'll need these two links:
How the Item was Originally Released
The Item you need to ask for.
There are places to input both these things. You cannot ask for the Bahn Hammur directly, it's whole bundle needs to be rereleased, as it was an Exclusive item to that bundle. It's amazing how old this item is, it's old banners don't even work. With no activation tags of it's bundle, it's no wonder it hasn't been rereleased. It's slipped through the cracks.

Yes and no, on the tickets. There is the Rainbow ticket, which lets you pick any simple colors. The Double Rainbow Ticket, which lets you pick any crazy combination and gradient of colors. And then the Tye-Dye Ticket, which lets you pick a seasonal color from a list. The Tye-Dye, or TD for short, is the cheaper option that I'll be pursing, since I like something in every seasonal color selection. I would have picked Kirin this spring, but spring finishes soon and the summer colors will all be different.

Yes, there's a staff thread specifically for asking for recolors, if they are eligible. Would you like help finding out when and how it got released, so you can ask for it?
Yes. There's these rare items called tickets that let you recolor other items. They are some of the most expensive items on Gaia, but I'm patient.

Oh wow! That's quite the expensive weapon! It would be worth finding out if it can be rereleased, so you don't have to quest something so high up. Sponsorship items can't be rereleased however, so that's always very sad.
Ah, I ticket quest mostly. Which could mean it never happens too, but that's okay. I like a goal with a creative end.
