Moth (well, his real name is Butterfly, but he'll never tell that to anyone) is a techno-organic dragonfly, roughly the size of a minivan (not very discreet, but he doesn't care).
He's a neutral mercenary, quite willing to do just about anything if he's compensated. He generally lets the client decide what they want to pay in; he just tells them if it's enough.

Autobot, Decepticon, or a fellow neutral; he's not picky. He'll work for anyone. He's not that fond of killing, but he will if you pay him enough.

Overall, he's a sarcastic four-armed glitch, with a strange habit of speaking in the third person unless he's suitably annoyed. He tends to be fairly aloof and uncaring, unless he deems something (or someone) as his, in which case a rabid bulldog mother probably isn't as possessive as he is; he's selfish to the core.

He's good with close range weapons, mostly because he has four arms, and he prefers blunt weaponry. He's single minded when he has a job and will do everything in his power to prevent himself from leaving a job half finished, unless his life is seriously threatened. If that's the case, the client is on their own.

Somewhere out there, he's got a twin. Once upon a time they were inseparable, but obviously that didn't last. Sure, it would be nice if he could find her eventually.
But Flutter is a very capable femme, so Moth really isn't all that concerned about her. Besides, he has business to do.

Prowler was a little surprised to see Moth a little antsy. "Sure. I apologize for not giving you enough information. I need to go severel thousand years in the future, to Cybertron. It was a very strange occurence how it happened. A full organic, claiming to be me in another reality, visited me. She teleported away, claiming to use magic to bend time and space. When she did this, it was at the same time warp was engaged. Somehow the fact that we're almost the same person made me teleport with her, combined with the previously mentioned factors. I don't understand it either."

Perceptor watched the four armed bot for a long moment, weighing his options. He could call for help and have the mech dealt with that way or he could actually help the stranger...though what consequences came out of that would be a to be determined sort of thing.

Decisions, decisions.

He finally sighed, rubbing at his forehead a bit as his optics dimmed. "I cannot guarantee any solid results but I will try. I need to know more about the situation though."

"Time travel?" Perceptor echoed, looking outright perplexed for a moment before he composed himself, arms folding over his chestplate as optics narrowed again but in a more thoughtful, calculative manner this time. "In theory it is quite possible but even we have not completely grasped how to do it. The most I would be able to do for you is explain the theories and show you the equations that myself and others have worked on. To date there are no working time traveling devices...that I know of."
