Sorry. That's not something I can help you with. I don't exactly keep track of my calorie intake since my goal is the opposite of yours: weight gain. I simply just eat large portions for every meal, still sticking to roughly 5 meals a day, and I work out every other day. I can only recommend you to eat smaller portions frequently to keep your metabolism up for burning fat, and to exercise regularly, but you'll probably need to ask a professional for numbers that will cause you to lose weight safely and healthily.
Aha! A gamer! They always make me feel like I live under a rock because I know nothing about them razz
Btw, you should break down your training a bit. 1 hour is fine, but you're not having enough variety of exercises within that hour. Try mixing it up a bit with some weight training for your legs, your abs, other parts of your arms, etc.
As for eating, just follow the food pyramid. Your schedule for it should be 1 meal every 3-5 hours, and eating in smaller portions. Sometimes, even an apple and a hardboiled egg will give you enough energy until your next scheduled meal. They're easy to carry around too.
