There is a drop-down list that will appear when you click on the "I'm Available" message under your name. The very last item on the list is the sign off selection.

Did you signed off properly? You need to select sign off from the drop down list for that.

I mean the link to open the GIM window is above the gold displayed (the display is a link to a page that explains how to get gaia gold). Once you logged into GIM, log out properly and the messages should stop.
