Coolbeans! I'm on Iron Citadel, which as mentioned, is a PVP server (ugh) and it is also heavily populated, so we prolly won't play together unless we plan something and deliberately make characters on the same server... (and I'm a terrible friend in that regard, in that, I tend to forget and then lose track of everything)

It really, really depends. I've heard recently that the character stories for the Empire are CONSIDERABLY better than the stories for the Republic. I don't know about that, but I freaking LOVE my story so far. SO MUCH. It plays like a regular game, in that, you go around and do things, and it has some MMO elements, but it does not feel as grindy. I am not really an MMO player, but I am having a ton of fun with this game. It's like an MMO for people who don't like MMO's. I just ... wish I was on a PVE server. I hate being on a PVP server. The Republic players love ruining my day.
