I saw that you posted on the art forum asking for a bit of advice.
There are many things I can say about your art, the first being it's very important to study the human anatomy, even if you're drawing anime/cartoon style.

You said you wanted to draw what was in your mind's eye, but even the most experienced artists have trouble doing that, so we use references and draw what we actually CAN see instead. Trust me, it helps until you get the flow of things and can start drawing free hand. You should try to get the book Drawing on the Right Side of The Brain by Betty Edwards. There are going to be a couple of tools you'll have to buy first (most of them are very cheap, like $1-$5 price range) but the book really helps. It goes into the science of why people have issues with drawing, and how you can help teach your brain the way to see properly when it comes to art. The exercises are really fun and give you an idea of the different steps to drawing.
