I'm Allison, I live in Ohio, and I care far too much about how people perceive me.
I contact people I don't know to tell them something I noticed about them, or some random sentiment I decided I need to share. I giggle at the mall with my friends over the hotties, and come home and print out articles on Nietzsche to read in my free time. I depend on very few people, but I trust many. While I believe in the kindness of strangers, I do not rely on it. I care about you even if I don't know you, and I care about you if you hate me. I have to understand my emotions, and I analyze myself well. I enjoy random intelligent conversations and debates, and hearing others' points of view. I have a strange sense of humor and find most situations funny, but I have to be completely comfortable to joke back.
While I don't hate people, I find many people laughable, and I have issues taking people who can't type at least semi-correctly seriously. I have huge OCD tendencies. I love the rain. I am quirky, I am incredibly impulsive, and I try to live my life happily. I am confidant to many and confessor to few; I feel like an attention-whore when I talk about my crap.
I enjoy (perhaps far too much) meeting random people. I like trying to figure out things about people, why they do things they do or why they believe what they believe, or what they count on to get them through the day. I leave random notes on napkins of encouragement to waiters who seem sad and skidattle out of there before they can respond, and I sit on the side of a semi-busy road with my best friend and wave. (The new record is 18 honks in a half hour.) I get in fights with people who pretend to be better than me, and I antagonize people who piss me off. I have an ego, and sometimes I'm not proud of that, but it's there.
And now I'm done, because I've rambled for far too long.
I don't really go on this site that much, so I don't really feel the need to have an awesome character person or a spiffed up page. I actually go on this site's forums a lot now, so I decided to go get some rather simple layout. Just so it wasn't as blindingly white. Damn, such a conformist. EDIT: Well, I dunno how to do a double strike-through or even if there is such a thing, so... basically, since the school year has started, I VERY rarely go on this site. But feel free to add me on MSN if you haven't already; I'm still on there all the time. Just pop in with a "Hi!" and it's all good.<3
