Uh oh! I hope it's nothing serious! Was hubby a bad boy? I hope things go the way you want them to...and the results are what you want them to be. Is Georgia far enough away? LOL I hear the Carolinas are nice too. But I guess that'll all have to wait, huh?

Well I'll be routin' for ya! I just hope the judges down there pay more attention to the facts than they do here! I'm glad you're confident though...that'll keep you focused on the prize! LOL When is this all happening? Have you had any luck in figuring out where you might move?

That's how old my son was when we went through our battle. Like I said though, nobody cared what my son wanted. Then after court we decided to meet at a local park and discuss some type of visitation schedule. My son...at the age of 5 now...said that all he wanted was to be able to spend some time alone with his father...knowing that he had no choice. Guess what his father said to him!?! "Well it ain't gonna ********' happen, so get used to it!" Can you believe that?!? That's what he said to a 5-year-old...his only son! He wouldn't even come alone to pick up my son or drop him off! He always had to have his buddy in the car! So he couldn't even give my son the 10-15 minute car ride alone! I really hope things go differently for you than they did us! It sounds like these two jerks are the same person!!! What is it with men anyway?!? It's funny in a way though...our situations are so similar! I guess we were destined to be friends. LOL

Wow! That's almost exactly how my son's father was. Saying that I never let him see him...be he's the one who always came up with an excuse not to see him. My son too didn't want to see his father when we had to go to court, but nobody seemed to care what my son wanted. They all said he was too young to make that kind of a decision. But it turns out that my son was right to feel that way...his father proved it! Now my son is almost 16 and he'd love to see his father...but for completely different reasons...if you know what I mean. He'd love to put him in his place! It sounds like we have a bit in common! 3nodding
