I usually draw my OC's. So you're saying you want to get better at other styles?
Sometimes it's good to stick to one style. If you stick to one style, then you'll get better at it. I'm still working out my flaws with my style.
What kind of style do you want to try?

Waaah! Well, everyone has different ways of getting better. For now, I'd just say do whatever works best for you.
Doing things from memory is hard. I can only do it if it's an anime character. I tried Schnitzel from Chowder, but I had to look something up 'cause it didn't look like him.
Another idea is to look up tutorials on youtube. I found a really good one for faces and expressions, if you'd wanna see it.

You need drawing lessons? I can't give you lessons, but I can give you a tip.
If you want to get better, copy pictures. Not trace, copy. That's probably how I got good.
