Do you REALLY want to know about me? ...... REALLY?! ...... Okay then... but YOU asked for it...

I am a Taurus and born in the year of the Horse, so I will be mean and let you figure out how old I am. Either that, or, if you bother to send a PM to ask me, I will consider telling you.

I am female, and you may call me Lys.

I often have a hard time putting my actual ideas into sensible words, but nevertheless, I shall try when I feel I should. Sometimes I can get carried away by stupid ideas, or just start rambling on without much reason. Making people mad at me is not something I would intend to do (unless I'm in a random chat site on yahoo or something and feel like being stupid). In case I might annoy or upset anyone, I apologize ahead of time.

I would say that I am a nice person, for the most part, but sometimes can be a little on the mean or rude side. I try to stay cheerful, although sometimes, I admit, I can become quite depressed, so please bear with me. I tend to look down on myself, but am trying to see things in a more positive light, although I mostly have a negative outlook on pretty much everything still.

I hope to meet new friends here, and I will try to come online whenever I find the time and will to come. And just for adding on, here is some more that I will tell about myself.

Movies/Anime. I enjoy romance, comedy, musical, sometimes horror, action, adventure, science fiction, etc. I also enjoy many older movies too.

Favourite TV shows. Some of the stupid/funny/childish/adult cartoons (such as simpsons, southpark, Dave the Barbarian, Recess, etc ). That's pretty much it for FAVOURITE shows. There are occasional non-cartoony shows that I will watch sometimes if they seem to catch my interest (such as 8 simple Rules or some show on psychology).

Favourite Reads. Romance, teen troubles, horror, fantasy, scripts, etc. I do enjoy reading, so it doesn't matter the genre as long as I enjoy the writer's style and the actual story.

Favourite Band. Sonata Arctica is my most favourite band; They are from Finland and play power metal.

I like many other metal and rock bands also. As for most genres, sometimes it depends on the song's lyrics and sound. If I hate the lyrics, it doesn't matter how it sounds, I WILL hate the song. If the music or a voice or something irritates me, then the lyrics and the rest of the instruments must make up for it or I WILL hate the song. I can be picky with certain songs sometimes and also sometimes not.

Hobbies/Interests. I sing and act and dance, and I intend to use my talents in theatre to make it a career for me. A backup might be photography.

I enjoy taking pictures and singing along to my music. I like working with HTML sometimes, but can also become fed up with it quickly when it wont work the way I want it to. I sometimes enjoy creative writing, but never seem to actually finish, and sometimes never even bother continuing, some of my works.

I love pretty much all things theatre (except for anything that appears, what my mom would call, "sleezy". I can only tolerate that to a point.

I spend a great deal of my time talking to random people on Yahoo, and if you wish to speak to me there too (or MSN, but I'm rarely on that one) then PM me and I will consider letting you have my SN.
