So sorry about your mom and now your dad. Hope you can get to take care of your dad. People deserve to be treated with respect.
We cared for my dad through his cancer. He died last July. Then social security declared my mom dead at the same time so it took months to get that fixed. It was a total mess. And Huriicane Sandy hit about the time we found out about my father's cancer and damaged my mom's house in NJ and we just last week got it fixed enough to get back into. Still lots to do and insurance didn't cover 1/4 of the expected costs. Also mom had hip replacement over the holidays so she's still recovering but is doing much better than she was walking which is the truly one bright spot in the last couple of years.
Sure hope everything starts looking up for both of our families heart

It's been a tough year for me and I've not been here since spring really. Other than subeta I don't belong anywhere much on the web anymore.
