ah/ closest I've had to a moment like that was my panic attack the night before I flew to move in with my fiance and when I worked at an elderly care facility and constantly went outside of camera view to cry

Are they nice? I've never been to a therapist so not sure how they work. I'm guessing the breakdown is the one you mentioned in your status a few days ago?

that's not good, do you see a therapist for it?
I'm doin as well as can be expected. I am either working all day every day just to sustain my household and hopefully will be paying off some severely late back taxes oooooor sitting on my backside at home enjoying the peace of not working and constantly being in pain just for anxiety to creep around my head going "you'll have to work again soon in only a few hours~ best drop everything that's making you calm just to force yourself to sleep to be ready for a socially inclined job you hate to ruin the idea that you're introverted af and honestly hate being near people" = 3=
but I'm good. I survive on what needs to be done just because I absolutely have to or else lose everything.
