I love Charlie ChaplinHe was born on April 16th, 1889
His fullname was "Charles Spencer Chaplin", now it is "Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin", a.k.a "Charlie Chaplin"
His mother and father were entertainers in the music halls
His father abandoned him after he was born, leaving his mother and his half brother Sydney
The three of them were evicted from their home, and forced into the workhouse
Sydney became a telegraph boy, and got out of the workhouse
Sydney than went to work on a ship
Charlie and his mother got out of the workhouse
Charlies mother suffered terrible fevers and was later declared insane and was brought to an asylum
At the age of 37, Charlies dad died of alchoholism
Charlie than got a part in "Sherlock Holmes", by going to a talent agent
and later scored another role by meeting H.A Stockayne, (sherlock)
After the productions, Sydney got Charlie a job as a comedian
Charlie fell in love with a 16 year old, Hetty Kelly, aka "Pretty Hetty"
Two directors saw charlies talent and made him a contract for $150 a week in California
Charlie than was getting dressed, and "the little tramp" was born
Charlie got extremely big, and started directing his own movies
soon after, he got married to Mildred
Charlie got a letter from Hetty, explaining to him that she had been married
Mildred gave birth to a baby boy, Norman Spencer, but three days later, the baby died
After the death, Mildred filed for divorce
Hetty died of the flu epidemic, she was only 25
Charlie began to break away from the film company, and soon founded his own company, "United Artists"
Charlie was married again
Even though charlie had founded his own company, he had to finish out his contract with the old one
Charlie became more and more obsessed with his work
every frame must be perfect, was his motto
in the pursuit of perfection, his second wife filed for divorce
