This is how I live my life.
I am 26 years old, I live in Tokyo with my fiance (The Bedroom) in a tiny apartment that is always drafty and cold, but comfortable. Although I can't exactly explain my job because I hate stalkers, I work in the Japanese Gothic/Lolita fashion scene as a graphic designer for a magazine. It's a fairly popular magazine here, but I don't know if it goes overseas other than by secondhand sales. I pretty much wear only punk clothing, since my boy is a punk musican part time. I recently was invited to work in my friend's Maid Cafe part-time, since it's the latest thing to have English speaking maids serve you.
I love Japanese punk, visual kei, classic rock, classical music and British punk/rock, though I don't listen to them so often. I studied art in my youth and I love painting almost as much as I love my man, but don't tell him that. >.>;;
My best friend in reality is Tai (T.Fukuyama) and he is the reason I have demon horns and most of my expensive items. He's a sweetheart to me, even though I make him speak English more than he likes to.

Hmm... well yeah even if I could get into japan, there's just no way I could survive there probably.
I've been looking to find a "Drag mother" lately to help me get started, if you don't know what that is, it's basically an older, much more experienced drag queen that helps a new one to add the finishing touches to their look, teach about the basics of performing, and helps them set up and perform their first shows and the like. They usually help to become a pro. Often the younger queen will take the same name as the drag mother even. Problem is I don't know who I should ask, or how to ask it. There are some AMAZINGLY good pro ones around here though that SERIOUSLY look like they could be female runway models or something, it's awesome. I need to learn some of their secrets
Oh so that was when you lived in Canada? How did you get to Japan anyways? I've always considered moving to japan, but I hear it's EXTREMELY hard to get there, usually you have to have a work visa or some crap to get in. Also, I'm very lazy admittedly. No way I could keep up with the typical work schedule in Japan, I can't even keep up here.
