Well, we use internet provided by T-Mobile. It's part of our phone deal.
Probably part of the problem, but it's cheaper since my mom gets a discount due to where she works and my sister gets to use it too, even though she's out of town.

Having internet wouldn't be a problem, but we live pretty much just at the edge of town, so we're at the least optimal range of most providers.
Even though one of the internet company buildings is not too far away at all. Go figure.

I used to have it, but we haven't watching things as much so we stopped it.

And our connection now is so slow that using the internet version would be useless.

Yeah, it's a huge hassle. Sure it helps, but then you have to put absolutely everything back in again.

Not much you can do about that really, except resign yourself to your fate as a cat pillow. She's probably not going to listen to reason unless a significant amount of bribery is involved.

If it is the problem, might try removing it completely and reinstalling it if possible.

Whatever the case, at least you don't need to reformat, right?

If the problem is with the keyboard, then the only thing you can really is contact them about it. At least you know what it us now.

Yeah, I don't think that sounds like a virus. I'd find some reliable tools and check anyway if you think there's even a slim chance but I don't think it'll find anything relevant.

Have the drivers for your mouse and keyboard updated lately? That could be a problem either way.
