Yeah, my last position I was a senior full-stack SE, but my new position senior front-end. Vanilla JavaScript is something. After a few years of TypeScript now, I can definitely say I will take TS over plain JS if there's an option. My current company doesn't use TS yet... it's been something to get used to. LOL but yeah, front-end dev isn't simple anymore. We did it to ourselves lol
My previous company tried to get me to do mobile app development via React Native. That didn't last long since the client always wanted things sooner than I'd have been able to learn it, I didn't have a good time with RN for what I did lol
