Yeaaaah, there was a lot of complaining to do. And I used some big complicated words and given the sort of idiot I've been dealing with on the phone I think I may have to dumb it down a bit too xd

No, no change at the moment. The Uni have been quite helpful, I've got a stack of forms to fill in this evening to see if they can bail me out with the playgroup bill and some of the course costs and they've let me postpone my smaller course till next year so I can concentrate on catching up on the main one. But they can't pay my fees so I'm still having to battle that one out with the finance company.

They have a week to respond to my letter so fingers crossed for a bit longer wink

Nice! I haven't been to a concert in forever! What (or who) are you going to see?

I'm ok thanks, was up till 2 writing ranty letters to the University. This morning I've decided 6 pages might be a bit much rolleyes

It was ok thanks! Got some helpful info from the Uni welfare team that might help. Shuffled all the bills so I can at least get the kids a gift or two and still eat xd
