It is a fan video called "My Little Pony Friendship is Manly."
It's a video that shows each of the main characters as ripped men, just for the wtf factor.
The first has them invited by Pinkie Pie to celebrate Gummy's birthday. (Gummy is a toothless baby alligator.)
The second parodies a scene from the movie "Rainbow Rocks."
(Yes, the ponies are anthro in the movies. It's a parallel dimension that competes for shelf space with Monster High.)
