Hai~ This is Fran (フラン).
It appears I'm one of many Frans. However, the rest of them are illusions. Probably.
I'm one of the Varia~ I'm replacing Mammon as an illusionist and so I'm forced to wear a frog hat. However, Gaia doesn't have any black frog hats, so Bel-sampai is making me wear this ugly thing instead.
You may also see me walking around in some dresses as well. Bel-sempai has some very strange tastes in clothing...

I'll add more when I find more time. Maybe.
