Gordon or GOREY (as he would insist you call him) is the very definition of a bully-- loud and abrasive and strong. And intimidating too... So intimidating that even adults have issues keeping him under control!! (unless they earn his respect)
BACK IN THE DAYYY (when he was human), he and his partner-in-crime, Elsa Griffith, gallivanted about the school yard having "adventures" and play-acting "battles." (IE beating up smaller children and taking their "loot." wink Although they took on a seemingly infinite amount of roles each time they headed out, Gorey's favourite persona is that of a hero-soldier.
JUST LIKE HIS DADDY.
Yes, Gorey loves talking about his father. He loves talking about his father... A lot. (when he had the ability to talk, anyways) He takes extreme "pride" in the senior's "accomplishments" and loves making OUTRAGEOUSLY TALL and inconsistent TALES about him. (Said stories are often used to somehow "justify" his own incessant assholery)
Forgets his own lies, often. When confronted about this, he gets super defensive and violent.
Is by all means NOT a sociopath, nor a budding serial killer... Just... Hyperactive. And perhaps ADD...

THE ONE SHRED OF TRUTH in Gorey's stories is that his father was, indeed, a soldier in the war. However, the senior Bishop died unglamorously bed-ridden with Spanish Flu when Gorey was six. Not by "heroic sacrifice."
For the most part, Gordon feels ASHAMEDDD of how his daddy went, so he worships an essentially made-up father persona.
Lived with his soft-spoken, but loving mother and his disciplinarian grandma who he hates.
Was ttly turnt into a bugbear on a trip to the zoo last year, has been trying to escape from angsting in the bear exhibit since.
