First off, I want to explain that I haven't been able to do anything to help out before today because I've been busy and when I haven't, I wasn't able to get the password to work. I think I must have tried at least a dozen times, with differing spellings, spacing, punctuation, and whatnot until I finally figured out not to capitalize the first letter, and then I felt really stupid. &.& Basically, what I'm trying to say is that I'm not really sure of what I'm doing, and that if I'm doing something wrong, somebody please tell me ASAP so that I can try to fix it!

Anyway, these people are volunteers who PMed or posted in the thread (after Santa's most recent post there) about helping out, so anyone who needs matchers, feel free to PM them. And one other thing: can volunteers/matchers send out PMs, or do range leaders have to do that?

Also, there was a matched list and a question about how to check for name changes (which I must confess I'm confused about myself) that I put in the Savebox for someone else to deal with. As for the people who asked about checking for activity, I suggested that they PM the person with "Secret Santa" in the title, wait a couple of days, and then remove the person if they haven't even read the PM by then. If this is not what they're supposed to do... *meep* >.<

EDIT: Someone else just PMed about a change that needs to be made to the master list, only I haven't the faintest idea where that might be, so this PM is also in the Savebox for someone else to deal with.

Have been asked in the thread, but I feel that we have a lot of them answered in the Q&A. I am trying to think of a way to direct people there more easily, since no-one seems to notice there is a place where we have written this stuff down...I also am going to tweak the first post to highlight the wishlist thread as well. If anyone wants to edit it, that's no problem either. 3nodding

There is a new paragraph to the disclamer section of the post. Please read it, it is to protect people signed up in high roller ranges. If you signed up for a high range and find your name is gone it is because we thought it was imposible for you to acctualy be able to participate in such a high range.

You will not be alowed to sign up in another range. In my mide you tried to cheat the system.

The wishlist thread is now up and running ^^ Yay! whee , Its being run by girlonthewing and myself. Its been set up using my mule account so we can both access it, and update it ^^
I've added a link to it in the first post of the main thread, check it out, and if anyone has any suggestions for us on how to make it better, post it ^^
We set the thread up in chatterbox cause we didn't think it would be suitable anywhere else...we can always get a mod to move it if a better place is found ^^

I decided to make use of this pointless feature and use santa mule's journal for posting updates and progresses of the event. Arn't I awsome, yes I am.

Topic of today's journal, we are still in the freaking charity sub forum. That ain't right...we are not a charity, we are not a giveaway thread. We need to be in exchange to reach the proper audience. I am working of moving us back...but so fan no luck, haven't gotten a reply to my second PM yet...

Other then that and the general drag in participation it has caused, things seem to be going well, I belive someone counted that we already had 150 participants. whee
