So, I used to have a blog, and lots of fun it was, too.
But then, the webmaster relocated the site to several different ISPs in the same year and my link elapsed. Lost in the shuffle, you could say. Plus which I have been working some crazy hours and I just couldn't post daily... then weekly... then even monthly.
I miss my blog. I'll see things that I want to remark on, and there is no one to tell about them. You know, you're driving and you see a hawk take a songbird out of the air beside the highway. You're looking at the weather maps and you say... for sure that cold front is going to miss us ... and there is no one to brag to when it does.
So maybe I "need" an iPhone so I can link to my huge circle of friends. Or maybe I should phone someone who cares and just tell them... saw a 6-point stag in a farmer's field on the way in to work! Found a cool store down the road and they have such awesome sports gear! Itching to go back to that web site and buy some electronics...
Does it really make a difference whether I record this stuff or tell anyone? Would my life be "less" if I just let it slide? If I just said, "hmmm" and mulled it over for a day and then forgot?
Something to think about.
