Well, at least it hasn't been a year since my last entry. My hubby and I finally got our own home! blaugh It is a 3 bedroom one bath with a huge front and back yard! I really don't care as much for the yard... it's just one more thing we have to take care of and mow. stare I haven't been on Gaia much lately, simply for the fact that my work days are crazy, and every waking moment that I am not trying to sort through boxes or clean, my hubby insists that I play with him on everquest. If you play on there, look me up! I have a lvl 34 cleric named Lynaesyane, a 33 enchanter Renacha, a 15 ranger Wyene, and a bunch of other peeps on there. Well, I gotta go, so I hope I'll get back to this before next year! sweatdrop

Well, it has been since last Christmas since I have last done my Journal. Since then, I have finally gotten married! blaugh That, and my husbanc and I are finally looking for a house. I did find out something bad, though. I found out that I am diabetic. It sucks. I never even eat that many sugary things! I prefer salty snacks, to be truthfull. So I guess that kinda works. Anywho, I guess I am gonna go back to the market place and do... something. I dunno.

I had a WONDERFUL Christmas, and I hope you all did too!
People keep asking me, "Well Holly, you must have had a good Christmas to be smiling like a glowing idiot all the time. What did you get?"

I'll tell you what I got... I got ENGAGED!!!!!

That's right! My cute little boyfriend...now fiancee... finally proposed!

On Christmas, after my family got done unwrapping their presents, my mom and dad said, "Wait! We have one more special present!" Then Cory came over, and he couldn't exactly kneel with all the wrapping paper, bows and boxes I had sitting in front of me, so he said, "I had this big speech prepared, but I can't remember a word of it, so I'll just say it... Holly will you marry me?"

I would have to be an idiot to say no. Of corse I said yes! I think my sister, who was sitting right next to me, was more suprised than I was. *snicker* Cory and I had been talking about getting married for 3 months now, so I was expecting a ring probably on Valentine's day!

Anywho, I just thought I would spread the happy news!

Today, I am happy. You know why? I actually stopped and took a look at alllllll the little things I collect for this little character and found out that I would be a multi millionare if I sold it all. Just a few things I can name off

I will not be going to New Orleans to help clean up after all. I called the guy who was hiring, but he said he wasn't training anymore! They canceled the next seminar!!! THOSE NEUROTIC BASTAGES!!!! No new house. No paying off the car. No paying off allllllll those bills. Oh well. At least I get to still hang around with you guys! blaugh heart blaugh

Now I sit here and hope to soon be off to New Orleans to kinda help out the hurricaine victims, and of corse to maybe make myself $40,000 in only 4 months while I clean up the remnants of the poor victims of Katrina. Just think! I can pay off my car, my bills and get a HOME!!!!! I will be so happy if I get to go.

I have been gone for 5 months. God how I miss Gaia and all of its inhabitants. Most of all though, I miss the internet. *sigh* maybe sometime in the near future I shall have it again. rolleyes

Okay. It seems that a lot of the time, you go into a person's journal to get a peep at their every day lives, to get closer to them and perhaps have a chance to figure them out. Most times, not all mind you, all you get is a few mini skits about what a person thinks is hilariously funny, and you are still left wanting more. I, myself, am guilty of this crime, as you have seen from the previous posts, so now I am making an effort to correct this. blaugh
