Reason for referral
Dominic was referred by the bBored of Education in Harford County Public School due to Violent drawings he had made, Dominic has been previously referred due to graffiti he had drawn on classroom backboards, restroom walls, boys/girls locker room, anddesk. He has also been referred to the office for pulling the wings off a live wasp and putting the live wasp on the techer, verbaly and physically fighting with a peer, and for cutting class.

Risk Factor
The Dallas Public Schools Risk Assessment Worksheet for Violent Juvinile Behavior was completed by the team following the parent interview, students interview, Disiplenary file, and information obtained from teacher reports. Dominic's rating on this measure was a 6.3 placing him in the "Risk" range.
On the Child and Adolescent Risk Evaluation (CARE, Bullshit!)
Dominic's score on the CARE evaluation was a 7, placing him in the moderate catagory (behaviorally oriented or phsychiatric services may be needed) of risk. According to the manual, students in this catagory are "similar to those with mild behavior problems or psychiatric problems.

Aggresive Behavior & Disipline Record
Dominic has a Signifigent history for behavioral difficulties. During his time at Aberdeen high school, he has recived referrels for a range of behavioral problems. He was inittaly referred to administration for verbal and physical aggresion in the 9th grade. According to the report, Dominic began to ague to the peer about a glue stick and Dominic Threw the glue stick at his peer hittin him right in the eye, Dominic and the peer go out into the hall and begin to fight. Dominic and the peer had to be restraind by staff. During this school year, Dominic has recived referrels for writing on desks, blackboards, boys lockerrooms, bathroom walls. Additionaly, he has recived t2 referrels for cutting class. Dominic was most recently referred on March 15, 2007. According to the referrel, Dominic left the room to catch a wasp and returend wit the live wasp. Dominic pulled the wings off of it and left the live wasp on the teacher.

Preocupation with weapons, death, and violent themes
Dominic does appear to be preoccupied with weapons, death, and violent themes. His recent drawinds include a gun shooting and going though the head of a live person (what the ********! it was a poorly drawn circle with 2 holes in it! not even a stick figure, where the ******** do they get away with saying this is a "live" person!?) Additionaly a logo of a gun manufactuer and a semi automatic gun were drawn next to the words "BOOM Head Shot," and "one shot one kill motha' ********'!" Aditional graffiti seen throughout the school includes several incidents of "Jaguar was here" and "Jaguar condoms, for the rape you cant excape."
