So I have recently returned to Gaia. But Lexicon is still banned for something...apparently using "automated scripts." Whatever that is... scream

I keep pestering Gaia to tell me why. They said they found "sufficient" evidence that my account or one of my mules was using an automated script. So they banned Lex. I had all my collectible items on her. Including an Ancient katana that I bought for 40k and is now up to 400k! I'm doing everything I can to get Gaia to unban her. Anyone have suggestions?
