Okay, so me and my twin Ren are chatting on aim, right? Looking up Hannibal Lecter quotes because he's such an inspiration to our story. I mean, he's so interesting right? A genius: classy, polite, very smart. Yes, he may have a vicious cannibalistic side but still....
Anyways, I turn around while my step mom's watching Gold Member and say "you know, I've been reading Hannibal Lecter quotes, and that man is an inspiration." Immediately, both her and my dad freak. They start screaming at me about how i could possibly find cannibalism inspirational. I tell him "its not the cannibalism. Its his classy, polite attitude." and they say "there's nothing classy about it!" Then my dad fricken crossed the line. Seriously, it hurt.
"Why do you have to be into such weird things like cannibalism and voodoo! It's wrong and evil!"
"I'm not into the fricken cannibalism! And what do you know about voodoo! It's just an African form of magic."
And he says to me, he says "its evil!" and before he can finish his sentence I tell him to shut up about things he doesn't understand. He says to me "and you understand?" and i tell him "yes! I've researched it!"
So he goes off the hook and starts yelling about how why the hell I've researched stuff like this and how I should be researching things better for my psychosis or something.

I honestly can't believe this. All of my friends, my brother, even my mom have accepted who I am and what interests I have. Exactly why is it so hard for my dad to believe that someone can get interested in stuff like this! And the only reason he thinks its evil is cause my step mom believes its evil cause they've seen way too many movies! And no matter how many times I tell them its not all black magic its "you're gonna go to hell you know" GOD! HE ACCEPTED HIS SON! WHY NOT HIS DAUGHTER!
