Dark Alley
I walk through the streets with my jeans, random shirt, and converse as I hear the honking of incoming traffic. I look left and right, as I cross the street towards a dark alley that no one dares to go through. I don't know why but I was about to find out. As I walked, all I heard were my footsteps on the hard concrete floor and the loud beating that sounded like a drum. Finally, I noticed it was my heart beating, louder than usual. As I made my way through the alley, it was nothing but silence and a couple of cats fighting for fish bones that scrambled across the floor. I made my way towards the end, knowing that the alley was only vacant because it looked more dangerous than fun. As I reached into the sun, I breathed in the fresh air and kept walking.
