Writing Tip:

I believe one of the most difficult tasks in writing is not confusing present tense with past tense. I find this happens quite frequently (in my own writing I seem to do that a lot) with writers. I wouldn't worry about it with a first draft, however, it should be taken into serious consideration once a write has entered their editing phase. Bluring present tense and past tense can distract the reader from what you are attempting to tell and even prevent them from finishing reading your piece of writing.
