I said this while a friend of mine was busy doing God knows what. The result of that little experiment was a train smash. So yes. I've started another blog. It's a new year, plenty of time to let it rot.
So I'm beginning to work on things to put on an indie/alternative/punk kinda album. Basically, I want to start somewhat of a band, or maybe even a solo project. But I've been busy, seeing what sounds nice together, doubting every thing I do, hating what I did here, hating what I did there, and if anyone is as remotely self-loathing as me, you'll understand my frustration.
The worst thing about it is that I need overseas support, if it does indeed take off. Local artists here in South Africa barely ever get much support. I'll need to fully utilize online resources, offline supporters and most definitely start doing some gigs, and become known on the indie scene.
I think that I may perhaps require a bit more skill, but I'll hopefully get there. Until then, I hope you've enjoyed my horrid ramblings.
