Han Ji-Eun (Song Hye Kyo) lives in a house called Full House, built by her father. She is an aspiring novelist.
One day, two of her friends, for money reasons, trick her and sell her house - when she returns from a vacation, she discovers it has been sold to Lee Young-Jae (Bi (Rain), an actor who has just shot to stardom.
Though they don't get along with each other, as she is messy and he has a bad temper and an affection for cleaning, they agree to live with each other and Ji-Eun works as his maid in order to buy her house back. Out of a misunderstanding and Young-Jae's ill-fated try to make the love of his life, Kang Hye-Won (Han Eun Jung) jealous, Young-Jae marries Ji-Eun. They set up a contract for the marriage to last seven months.
During that time, complications ensue and Ji-Eun and Young-Jae become attracted to each other, eventually they actually develop feeling for eachother without realizing.
Also, Ji-Eun starts to hold a strong bond with Young-Jae's family. However, Young-Jae's bad temper along with the romantic attentions of Yoo Min-Hyuk (Kim Sung Soo), Ji-Eun's handsome and friendly publisher, starts to create a rift between the couple.
He wasn't the only one who was causing trouble it was also Kang Hye-Won who kept getting jealous every time Lee Young-Jae & Han Ji-Eun were getting close. Kang Hye-Won wants Young-Jae by her side 24/7 even though she loves Yoo Min-Hyuk. It made Han Ji-Eun feel bad every time she saw Young-Jae run to Kang Hye-Won. Young-Jae and Ji-Eun get a divorce and he moves away.
When he returns, he realizes that Ji-Eun hasn't married yet and knows that he has fallen in love with her - and she with him. He proposes to her, this time for the right reasons, and finally, they get married the second time and live happily ever after.
~ MY REVIEWS ~
~ Characters:
-
Han Ji-Eun~Song Hye Kyo: She's pretty, she's cute and she's kind of childish along with Young-jae. You'll laugh seeing Young-jae and Ji-eun's fight about the silliest thing. She reminded me of my own character when I was young which is clumsy and childish sometimes. But she also have some weakness; she can't figure out and realize Young-jae's feeling toward her ^-^
Song Hye Kyo is potrayed the naive, cheerful and kind-hearted Han Ji-eun. Ji-eun does not afraid to express her real feeling unlike Young-jae. Evn know Ji-eun is clumsy and not very smart, she is actually really lovable by everyone around her. She has a heart to see what she want and wiling to sacrifice for the ones she love dearly.
This is the first time I saw Song Hye-kyo and I totally fall for her great acting. I heard that she also acted in one of the 'Endless Love' drama : Autumn Fairy Tale. I think she's very talented as she can be flexibel with her act (from dramatic to romance, comedy)
-
Lee Young-jae~Rain (Bi):Young-jae may be a rude and arrogant loudmouth on the surface, but within is a sensitive and loyal person whose bark is louder than its bite. He is so protective of the one he loves that he does so at the expense of hurting himself. His love is unconditional and irrational, which is what makes it so desirable.
For a man like Min-hyuk, he can go on if he does not win Ji-eun's heart, but you know Young-jae is a wreck if he loses her. But his problem is, he can't express what he really want and about his real feeling, you will understand his situation. He is to proud to admit his feeling for Ji-eun.
Rain is potrayed as the proud, bad temper and famous actor Lee Young-jae. He aslo suprised me with his geart acting. He's sweet, caring (even know he always denied it), the best part about him is his his childish act & sweet, childish smile ^-^ It always makes me goes 'hanyaa...'.
-
Kang Hye-won~Han Eun Jung : Yes, she is pretty, sort of. But I hated her. She always puts on the 'poor pitiful me' act. She is always crying. But I had sympathy and feel sorry for her after she finally gave Young Jae up and had heartbroken twice..
She's so greedy, she like Min-Hyuk but always want Young-Jae by her side. And she'd knew Young-jae already marriedBut I feel sorry for her for she had heart-broken twice...
-
Yoo Min-hyuk~ Kim Sung Soo : At first episode, I thought he is the main actor coz' of his nice character but then his "love" for Ji Eun dragged on a bit during the end. This guy is sweet and knows how to treat a girl.
~ Comment:
- This is one of the greatest, funniest and lovable drama series I've even watched. My first younger sister and I already burst out laughing in the first episode And my comment is; this is a funny, heart-broken and tear-dropping Korean drama...
- This drama made me laugh so hard. It also made me cry, which made me sad for the rest of the day. I loved it so much.

Young-jae: The rabbit.
Ji-eun: Wrong. The tortoise won. I told you he's "really really fast!" I'll give another one, so listen. Another bunny and a tortoise wearing sunglasses, race. Who would win? Who would win?
Young-jae: The rabbit!
Ji-eun: Wrong! The tortoise won. The tortoise with the sunglasses was the same really really fast tortoise from before. Funny, huh?

Episode 7Ji-eun: When you love someone, you'll protect them. You can protect Kang Hye-Won, because I'll be protecting you.

Min-hyuk: What is it?

Min-hyuk: Don't know.
Ji-eun: I Takez Zit-all! Also in France, do you know what the name of the most famous waiter is?
Min-hyuk: What is it?
Ji-eun: Have S'more. Is it funny?
Min-hyuk: Yes. It is.
Episode 10Young-jae: Is it good? You want some sugar with that?
Ji-eun: No, adding sugar might lessen its nutrional value. It's good for the hormones.
Young-jae: Hey, what are you doing?
Ji-eun: Lee Young-jae, now that I look at you you're really handsome.
Young-jae: What?
(It turns into an imagen by Ji-eun)Ji-eun: Why not come here, hmm? Come here.
Young-jae: Hey, hey what's wrong with you?
Ji-eun: Don't be like that, and come over. Are you afraid I'm going to eat you? Come on.
Young-jae: Don't come any closer! I'm going to scream!
Ji-eun: Go ahead, scream. No one around to help. Come here.
Young-jae: Find your reason, Han Ji-Eun!
Ji-eun: Find my reason? What reason does a chicken have? Birds only have sexual instincts. Sexual instincts. Come here.
Young-jae: No! Nooooo...
Episode 11Ji-eun: I love you.
Young-jae: What?
Ji-eun: I really love you.
Young-jae: I can't believe you're joking again.
Ji-eun: That's too cruel. Don't laugh. Don't you see me now? Don't you see that I'm in pain? It's because it hurts that I can't go on. So, please, let's stop. Let's stop this.
Young-jae: You dummy, you shouldn't have told me that... That's mean that we can't really be together.
Episode 12Young-jae: You said you'd pursue Han Ji-eun. But what? Is that not going well?
Min-Hyuk: No. It's not going well. You're more formidable than you look. But I'm still in the midst of doing my best. Till you're out. You know I don't like losing.
Young-jae: Oh yeah? That's scary.
Min-hyuk: Should I be scary? I can shake up your life.
Young-jae: This is fun. Go for it. If you do, would you get Ji-Eun? Here I thought you were just pretending to be great. But would acting that way cause me to fold in fear? You always underestimate me.
Min-hyuk: I did say something like that to you before, didn't I? That there's nothing you can do for Hye-Won. Isn't there? Soon enough reports everywhere will be coming out about your marriage. Before that happens, just let her go. I don't want to see Ji-eun hurt.
Young-jae: I won't hurt Ji-eun. I intend to protect her.
Min-hyuk: On the contrary, she's protecting you. Don't be selfish. Hye-won by herself is too much for you to handle.
Episode 13Young-jae: Han Ji-eun, For me, don't get hurt. For me, don't be in any pain. Me, I can't even protect you.
Episode 14Ji-eun: Want to hear a joke? This time it's really really funny.
Young-jae: I don't know why I bother.
Ji-eun: Then don't tell it?
Young-jae: Go ahead.
Ji-eun: A tortoise and hare are about to race.
Young-Jae: You told that one already.
Ji-eun: Listen, this is different. A tortoise and a hare are about to race. The rabbit takes off and is winning by far. But the tortoise doesn't give up and inch by inch keeps going. So he's giving his all, and then he looks to the ground and sees a snail moving its hardest.
Young-jae: Snail?
Ji-eun: The tortoise sees the snail, feels sorry for it, and says to the snail "You! Get on!" and the snail gets on. So the snail and the tortoise give their all and keep on going. After a while they see a slug struggling along too.
Young-jae: Slug? Wow, all kinds of pests are coming out in this one.
Ji-eun: Listen up.
Young-jae: Alright, keep going.
Ji-eun: So the tortoise sees the slug and feels really really sorry for it, and says to it, "Hey slug! You get on too!" and it gets on. But then when the slug got on, and the snail is there, the slug greets the snail and says "hello!" The snail looks back and guess what it says in return? What did it say? What did it say? "Hey, grab on tight, this dude's fast!" You see? The snail tells the slug to hang on tight because the tortoise is fast. Not funny?
Young-jae: It's funny. Very funny. Insanely funny.
Episode 15Young-jae: I said I wouldn't lose you again, and yet why I've lost you now, I don't know. Because I feel wronged. Because I'm angry. So now, I can't take it anymore.
Ji-eun: Huh?
Young-jae: As you said, I'm the guy who always hurts you and can't protect you. As you said, I don't know how to love someone, and I don't know how to express it. And making you happy, I don't know about that either. So I thought about it. Since I don't know how, whatever you order me to do, and teach, I'll do it all. If you tell me to wait, I'll wait. If you tell me to sing, I'll sing. Tell me to dance and I'll dance. If you ask me for flowers, I'll buy you flowers. I'll do anything you ask, I'll do anything you want. So, Han Ji-eun. Ji-eun, wear this.
Ji-eun: What is this?
Young-jae: Can't you see? It's a ring.
Episode 16Young-jae: Talented writers wouldn't be complaining like you. They'd sit and ideas would flow out like nothing. But you're not talented like that. Chicken and a writer? Please.
Ji-eun: Then if you're so great, why do you want to marry a chicken?
Young-jae: .....
Ji-eun: Why do you want to marry me? Why do you want to marry a chicken?
Young-jae: Who says it's because I like you? I feel sorry for you. Why?
Ji-eun: What was that?
Young-jae: If not me, who would take you? Small and noisy, and stupid. Who would take you?
Ji-eun: Why? There's Min-hyuk.
Ji-eun: At first his ring... I wonderes, is it real? Is it a llie? I thought about it... but to me it was real. Constantly waiting for you, feeling heartbroken, and also feeling happy. Like that... because of you... it became real for me...
Young-Jae: When I doubt being able to protect you and was thinking about it, I thought I was gonna go crazy. Thingking about you constantly, worrying about you, missing you. I really... I was really hurting. Loving someone... hurts and it's tiring. But it's not something I could stop. Going to you... I can't stop that...
Ji-eun: .....
Young-Jae: Why aren't you saying anything?
Ji-eun: ........
Young-jae: Han Ji-eun,
sarang hae (I love you)... as much as the entire univer exploding... As much as the water in every oceans drying. With my spirit burts... as much as it spreads outward. I love you very much. Han Ji-eun, I love you very much...

~ Trivia:
- The music of Full House enhances the audience’s love for its characters.
- Songs like Why -
Unh Myung ('Fate, track one),
Byul - Star ( I think I), and Lim Jung Hee’s 'Geh Deh Ji Geum' beautifully express Young-jae’s and Ji-eun’s inner struggles.
- Song with strong conviction from Young-jae’s position, Unh Myung has tender lyrics, “Like a fool, I’m regretting this late…I wished that it wouldn’t be you.”
- On the other hand,
'Geh Deh Ji Geum' and
'I think I', speaks of the Ji-eun’s overwhelming feelings. It is lovely music for a lovely drama.
- The choosing of
Song Hye-Gyo for the part of
Han Ji-Eun is based on her popularity and her talent in acting for drama and while Rain(Bi) for the part of
Lee Young-Jae is based his popularity as a going to top, most popular singer.
- At first the choosing for the hero and heroin for this drama is a bit worried because all know that
Song Hye-Gyo is more synonym with a sad character (Autumn In My Heart / Guardian Angel / Hotelier / All In) while
Rain (Bi) only been acting in only one drama (Sang Doo, Let's Go To School)
